Refund Policy

Before preparation begins

You may cancel and receive a full refund at any time before we begin preparing your letter.

After preparation begins

Once we have begun preparing your letter, we may refund the delivery portion of your package if the letter has not yet been sent. Preparation fees are generally non-refundable once work has started, but we consider hardship requests individually.

After the letter is sent

Once your letter has been mailed, refunds are not available. Postage and carrier fees are always non-refundable once dispatched.

Refused matters

If we decline to prepare a letter under our Prohibited Uses policy, we will refund any preparation fees paid.
